One thing I am always keeping an eye on as a business owner is where my income is coming from, the project, the source of the business AND how to diversify. If you are an author you can do the same thing, and at M Com Publishing we reccomend not soley focusing just on book sales, but looking at other streams of income like workshops and more. Also, look for opportunities to partner up – we recently collaborted with another PR firm and have a huge project coming down the pipeline. This is very exciting to say the least. As an author, you can partner with others to create your own unique writing workshop. OK. that is your food for thought for the day.
