This one takes the cake, so I just had to blog about it. Bathroom business is bad. Bad. Bad. Bad. I have heard everything from pitches to people as they are walking into the potty to conversations regarding business while on the pot. My point? Save business for the main event, and not during your time in the stalls. Today, hands down, I heard the most obnoxious story ever with a capital “O”. My colleague happened to walk into the ladies restroom (stretch for this story), behind two ladies who were on their iPhones. When the ladies who were yapping on their cell phones walked into the stalls, they proceed to not only not stop talking on their phones, they actually put their clients on SPEAKERPHONE. My poor colleague was stuck in the middle of the two wondering if she should make a public service announcement that she was about to flush her toilet. Unsanitary? Yes. Without question the bowels of customer service? Yes. Just plain wrong? YES. Say “no” to bathroom business.
