Strategic Partners = Success

Do you have a strategic partner/partner(s)  for your business? At M Communications and M Com Publishing we certainly do and all I have to say is that they work. There is one company we work with in particular that we continuously volley work back and forth, because we have a great strategic partnership. (Oh, we get along and work really well together too.) Why? Our clients need video work , their clients need marketing/publishing. Here is what strategic partnerships are not:  they are not a one way street. I have a makeup artist colleague who was recently approached by a skin care consultant to refer her work – and refer her work only under the guise of a “strategic partnership.” Fortunately, my smart colleague weighed her options and thought … “I don’t think so?” My point? Think of complimentary partners for your business and include this strategy in you business.  Our strategic partner tends to take it a step further and ask me why I am not speaking at XYZ conference. Oh, and yes, you can have more than one.
