Give them an Inch …

There is one thing I have noticed about being in business for M Communications and M Com Publishing, if you give someone an inch they will take a mile. I am not sure if it is an entitlement thing or what, but when you give a potential client something for free they tend to expect more, more and more. This goes for PR too and they are normally never happy with a mass amount of radio coverage or whatever it is. This is also why we stopped giving out free marketing plans, because people would just use them and not hire us. My point? Be careful when you give an inch …
