Signs You Have a Facebook Stalker

FacebookstalkerhelpFacebook stalkers are out there – users beware. Here are a couple pretty definitive signs you have a Facebook stalker and the below are some examples (for real). This obviously is less disturbing than the new Stalker television show airing this Fall on CBS starring Dylan McDermott, but Facebook stalkers are annoying all of the same.  I would say this is a two part process: bad behavior one followed by bad behavior two. Facebook stalkers can exhibit either or, or the very scary encompass both.

1. Bad behavior part one. This usually starts with someone commenting and liking all of your posts. This is even from posts two years ago. If someone is liking your pictures from 2012, this indicates an issue. The individual in question here will also send private messages to the stalkee, making personalized comments on posts he/she have made. In either instance, both are nonstop. This is not to be confused with the person who simply wants attention and posts on your wall just to gain exposure for his/her product or service. Sometimes these behaviors are all part of the same issue.

2. Bad behavior part two. This is when your Facebook stalker takes on a whole new role that I would like to refer to as B.S.C. (Bat shit crazy). The B.S.C. Facebook stalker will not only encompass all of the bad behavior symptoms mentioned in number one, but take it a step further. B.S.C. will not only comment, but randomly show up uninvited events across the board. This person not only does this to one individual, but will do this to several in many different industries at the exact same time.

Anyway, just some food for thought if this may be happening to you …
