Word of Mouth … the BEST form of Advertising

If you are a business owner or are selling any type of product, it makes sense to track where your sales are coming from and where you are focusing your marketing efforts. Right? At M Communications and M Com Publishing we do just that and if it is working, well – we continue to focus in that direction. I have beeen personally frequeting a fabulous sushi restaurant in the Sacramento area called Wasabi. How did I hear about it? Word of mouth. I have even lost track how many times I have been there the last couple of months. So, not only did they get a referral but a repeat customer. My  point? Always focus on your customer base, treat your customers like gold and watch your business grow.
